If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice any signs of damage—whether to the item itself or just the outer packaging—please note this on the delivery confirmation before signing.

If you’re unable to open the package at the time of delivery but believe there may be an issue, write “suspected damage” on the receipt.
